We offer special orders for all our designs. If you would like a specific style in a print that is not available in our regular collection, please contact us — we create these individual combinations regularly. 

You can also request a style in a special size, with personalised measurements or in a longer, shorter or wider version. Customised styles are produced upon request for a small additional fee. Contact us at customerservice@maxjenny.com.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Custom-made and special-order items may require additional production time, typically 2–3 weeks depending on the design. Any different estimated delivery time will be stated on the relevant product page or confirmed separately.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Denmark and Sweden: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected delivery method.

Orders are shipped with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS and GLS. Tracking is provided whenever available. Express delivery may be offered at an additional cost.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders delivered outside the applicable customs territory may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage or clearance fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment is delayed, please check the tracking information and contact the carrier first.

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at customerservice@maxjenny.com and we will assist you.

If your parcel or product arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately and include photographs of the parcel, packaging and item.

RETURNS

You have the right to notify us of a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of notification.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original labels and packaging intact. Please include your name, order number and contact information inside the parcel.

Sale items purchased online follow the same return conditions unless a specific lawful exception was clearly stated before purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining the receipt and tracking number. The return remains the customer’s responsibility until it has been received by maxjenny!.

For international returns, clearly mark the parcel and customs declaration:

RETURNED GOODS

The customer is responsible for any return-related customs duties, taxes, brokerage or clearance fees. Charges incurred by maxjenny! because a return was incorrectly declared may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. To change size or style, place a new order or contact customerservice@maxjenny.com to ask whether an item can be reserved while your return is being processed.

CUSTOM-MADE & PERSONALISED ITEMS

Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the refund includes the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order. Additional charges for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.

Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return concerns a defective, damaged or incorrect item.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
