These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from maxjenny! through maxjenny.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

ORDERS

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to make the purchase.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. An order may be cancelled if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious error in the price or product information, if payment cannot be authorised, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been made for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.

PRICES & PAYMENT

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time you place your order. Applicable shipping costs and any other charges payable to maxjenny! are displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. maxjenny! does not store complete payment card details. Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its security standards and terms.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take care to present our products, colours, materials, measurements and other product information as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, device and lighting.
As many maxjenny! designs feature expressive prints and pattern placement, the exact placement of a print may vary between individual garments depending on the cut of the fabric. Such variations are part of the individual character of the garment and are not considered defects.

SALE ITEMS

Selected items in our SALE section may be reduced due to minor imperfections, sample use, display use or other individual variations. These may include small marks, minor signs of handling or other cosmetic imperfections that do not materially affect the use of the product. Where a product is reduced due to a known specific imperfection, this will be stated on the product page where applicable.

AI-GENERATED AND DIGITALLY ENHANCED IMAGERY

Some images and videos on our website may feature AI-generated models or digitally enhanced visualisations. These may be used to communicate the mood, movement and artistic expression of our garments.
We take care to represent the design, colours, prints and proportions as faithfully as possible. However, digitally generated or enhanced imagery may not reproduce every visual detail exactly. Product descriptions, materials, measurements and other factual product information relate to the actual product offered for sale.

AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may cancel the affected item or order and refund any amount paid for it.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, specifications, availability and pricing. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you where appropriate before proceeding.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders delivered outside the applicable customs territory may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country or carrier. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs regulations and charges vary between countries and may change. We recommend checking the applicable import rules before placing an international order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers have the right to notify us that they wish to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of notification.

CUSTOM-MADE & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

The statutory right of withdrawal does not normally apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. This includes garments individually produced or altered according to measurements, specifications or other personal choices requested by the customer.
This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to what was agreed.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to your order, please contact us at customerservice@maxjenny.com as soon as reasonably possible and include your order number and relevant photographs where appropriate.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information collected in connection with your purchase or use of our website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Superstudiodesignlab ApS is the data controller for the processing described in that policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on maxjenny.com, including designs, prints, artwork, photographs, graphics, text, logos and other material, is owned by or licensed to maxjenny! and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or otherwise used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruptions, government actions, changes in law, embargoes, fire, flooding, major technical disruptions or significant interruptions in supply chains.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, maxjenny! is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was entered into.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services or applicable law. The terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect when you place your order, unless a change is required by law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions and purchases from maxjenny! are governed by Danish law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available under the laws applicable in their country of residence.
